WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
Due to the small batch nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We do want you to have an enjoyable experience, if you are unsatisfied in any way, contact us and we'll find a solution. Any discrepancies with your order should be addressed within 7 days of receiving it.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We are a small team of real people who work really hard to get your order out the door. We do a little "happy dance" for each order we receive, and every order is hand packed with TLC, and a special note. Our goal is to ship out everything in less than 24 hours. During higher volume periods expect 2-3 days.
IS YOUR NATURAL DEODORANT AN ANTIPERSPIRANT?
No. Sweating is natural, and our deodorant won't stop you from sweating completely like an antiperspirant would. However, it does contain natural plant powders that absorbs sweat to help keep you dry.
ARE YOUR INGREDIENTS ORGANIC? VEGAN? CRUELTY-FREE?
All of our products are made with organic and cruelty-free ingredients. Our natural deodorants are certified vegan!
WHY IS THE DEODORANT SO HARD?
Our organic deodorant is made from 100% natural, edible ingredients with no artificial or filler ingredients to preserve the texture, which makes it susceptible to changes in temperature. This means that in the winter it may be harder than usual due to the cold weather. If you’re experiencing deodorant that is too solid for application, rub your fingers over the top of the stick a few times.
HOW DO I STORE A NATURAL DEODORANT?
Our 100% natural deodorant loves low humidity and a temperature range of 65-75 degrees with 72 degrees being it’s favorite. It is best to keep our deodorant out of direct sunlight as it will heat up. For extended storage it is okay to keep your deodorant stick in the refrigerator, just allow the deodorant to come back up to room temperature before use.
I'M TRANSITIONING TO NATURAL DEODORANT FOR THE FIRST TIME. HELP?!
Yay! Welcome to the good side. There is a chance you could experience irritation to your underarms, this can occur after use of our natural deodorant which is caused by a pH imbalance. All-natural baking soda based deodorant can affect the pH balance as you are applying an alkaline substance to your skin, and as a result you may end up with irritated skin. The baking soda is key in neutralizing odor and fighting bacteria. The good news is that this will only last for a short period of time. Don't give up!
